This expansive steakhouse is a lone beacon of competence in a semi-industrial area in the north of the city. The quality of its cuts, the salting of the meat, and the skill at the grill all work in perfect harmony. Its super-efficient waiting staff, clad in white shirts, leather boots and loose gaúcho trousers – scores it bonus points. The architecture – a series of bland cojoining rooms – is nothing to write home about, but the quality woods and marbles throughout, and an excellent bar area, make up for any design deficiencies.
